Terms of Service

1. Who we are and these terms

These terms are between you and QualifiedProfessors ("we", "us"). They govern your use of qualifiedprofessors.com and our services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or at least 13 with the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you. The service is not for children under 13.

3. The service

We connect you with verified independent writers who provide academic writing support based on the instructions you give. We, not the writer, are your contracting party for each order. Writers are independent contractors.

4. Academic integrity

Institutions set their own rules about outside help. You are responsible for how you use the work you receive and for complying with your institution's policies. See our Academic Integrity Policy.

5. Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• Your order is offered to writers only after payment succeeds. An unpaid order whose deadline has passed can no longer be paid for; place a new order instead.
• Promo codes are subject to their own conditions (eligibility, minimum order, maximum discount, end date, and per-customer limits) shown when you apply them. One code per order.

6. Changes to an order

• More time. Your writer may ask to move the deadline, with a reason. You may approve or decline. If you do not respond within 72 hours, the request is approved automatically.
• More pages. You may add pages, or your writer may request them. Extra pages are added only after you approve and pay for them.
• Cancellation. You may request cancellation from the order. Your writer or our support team reviews it. Approval does not issue a refund automatically; refunds are decided under our Refund Policy.

7. Delivery, revisions and completion

• Your writer delivers files to the order, and we notify you.
• You may accept the delivery or request a revision. Revisions are for bringing the work in line with your original instructions; new requirements are handled as extra pages.
• If you neither accept nor request a revision within 3 days (72 hours) after delivery, the order is completed automatically.

8. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Please contact support before disputing a charge with your bank; a dispute may pause work on the order until it is resolved.

9. Tips, reviews and referral credits

After completion you may leave a review and an optional tip, which goes to your writer. Referral credits are subject to the conditions shown in your account and have no cash value.

10. Your content and our content

You keep ownership of the materials you upload. You grant us and your writer the rights needed to provide the service. On full payment, you may use the delivered work for your own study. Our site content and branding remain ours.

11. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, share account access, include contact details or off-platform payment arrangements in files or messages, or upload unlawful or malicious content. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any grade or academic outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

13. Closing your account

You can delete your account from Settings once you have no orders in progress. You may download your data from Settings at any time. Deleting an account removes your personal details straight away; order and payment records are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We will post changes here with a new effective date and notify you by email or in your account before material changes take effect.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court.

16. Customers outside the United States

QualifiedProfessors is available worldwide. If you live outside the United States, nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
