Writer Agreement
The terms that apply to every writer who works on QualifiedProfessors orders.

1. 1. This agreement
This agreement is between you and QualifiedProfessors. You accept it before your writer account is activated, and it applies to all work you do through the site. This is version 2026-10-21. Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Academic Integrity Policy also apply to you.
2. 2. You are an independent contractor
You work with QualifiedProfessors as an independent contractor, not as an employee, partner or agent. You choose which orders to claim and when you work, and you are responsible for your own taxes and any registrations your country requires.
3. 3. Eligibility and accurate information
You hold a Master's degree or a Doctorate, and everything you told us in your application is true. You have one account and do not share it or let anyone else work through it. We check your government ID and degree certificate before activating your account, and we may ask you to confirm them again.
4. 4. Original work
Everything you deliver is your own original writing, prepared for that order. You do not copy or reuse other people's work, other clients' orders or anything you have delivered before, and you cite every source you use. You do not present text produced by AI tools as your own writing.
5. 5. Confidentiality
Briefs, files, messages and anything you learn about a client are confidential. You use them only to complete the order, you do not share them with anyone, and you do not keep copies after the order is finished.
6. 6. Working through QualifiedProfessors
All contact and payment with clients stays on QualifiedProfessors. You do not share or ask for email addresses, phone numbers, social media handles or other contact details, and you do not offer or accept work or payment from a client you met through the site outside it.
7. 7. Deadlines and quality
Claim only orders you are qualified for and can finish on time. Follow the client's instructions, keep the client informed through the order's messages, and deliver complete work by the deadline.
8. 8. Payment
For each order you complete, you earn the writer payout shown when you claim the order. Your earnings, hold periods and available withdrawals are shown in your writer dashboard, and payouts are made to the payout method you add there. Earnings may be held or adjusted where an order or payment is under dispute.
9. 9. Ownership of delivered work
When you are paid for an order, you assign to QualifiedProfessors all transferable rights you hold in the work you delivered for that order. QualifiedProfessors may then provide the work to the client. You do not publish, sell or reuse that work.
10. 10. Suspension and ending this agreement
We may suspend or close your writer account if you break this agreement or our policies. You may stop working with us at any time once the orders you have claimed are finished.
11. 11. Your information
We handle your information as our Privacy Policy describes. Your ID and degree documents are stored privately, with access restricted to authorized personnel, and are used for verification and related account-security or compliance purposes.
12. 12. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement. When we do, we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version.
13. 13. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
